Compass Management has passed its 20th year in business! in 2001 Compass was formed from a need for high performance and seamless communication when operating real estate. What Compass does best is care, plan, and communicate.

We only manage properties with an annual commitment to a plan that we develop together. This allows us to truly be on call for only our clients, and become intimate with their property’s operation. Our mechanics and trades people are also setup on the same commitment to us, forming an all-inclusive property service provider. 

We maintain a modest size by hand selecting clients and providers that expect excellence and comprehension at every level.
